Enrollment through the federally-facilitated marketplace and state-based marketplaces has reached a high-water mark, thanks in great part to expanded enrollment windows and increased premium subsidies. Yet, nearly 1 in 10 Americans still lack health insurance coverage. ACHP favors policies that create a vibrant and consumer-friendly individual market that allows Americans to shop for affordable health care options.
