Clinical Innovation Program Manager

Experience: As Clinical Innovation Program Manager, Charlotte coordinates the execution of ACHP’s grant-funded clinical research. Prior to joining ACHP, she worked for the American Society for Radiation Oncology, where she served as a Quality Improvement Analyst working primarily within clinical practice accreditation. During her graduate program, she worked with the North Carolina Office of Rural Health where she investigated connections between patient experience quality measures, service area demographics and service line distributions to assess their impact on the financial viability of critical access hospitals.
