The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) sent a letter encouraging Congress to act on key health care policies before the end of the 118th Congress. To ensure Americans have continued access to high-quality, affordable health care, ACHP requests action on priorities including pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) transparency, permanently extending virtual care flexibilities and tiering Medicare Advantage (MA) coding intensity.
