ACHP and the Association for Community Affiliated Plans (ACAP) sent a joint letter to HHS Secretary Becerra, CMS Administrator Brooks-LaSure and Domestic Policy Council Director Tanden expressing the dire need for adjusted Medicaid capitation rates. Inadequate Medicaid rates threaten the sustainability of managed Medicaid plans and could have devastating effects on beneficiaries.
