The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) submitted comments on the CY 2025 Medicare Advantage and Part D Policy and Technical Changes proposed rule. ACHP supports the proposals from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services to reform broker agent compensation and urges immediate implementation to reduce unnecessary add-on fees and ensure seniors are enrolled in the right health plans for their needs.
