ACHP Comment Letter on HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027

The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) submitted a comment letter to CMS Administrator Oz on the HHS Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters for 2027 and Basic Health Program, outlining key priorities to protect market stability, advance affordability and strengthen consumer protections for regional health plans and the more than 23 million Americans who rely on Marketplace coverage.

ACHP also joined four other associations in a letter urging CMS not to finalize the proposed changes to non-network health plan qualification.
