The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) sent a letter to the Energy and Commerce Subcommittee on Health with comments on pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) transparency, encouraging comprehensive reform to bring much-needed relief to patients at the pharmacy counter. The letter was sent ahead of the hearing An Examination of How Reining in PBMs Will Drive Competition and Lower Costs for Patients.
