The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) sent a letter to Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra on the continued fallout from the Change Healthcare cyberattack. ACHP member companies continue to experience partially or fully inoperable Change Healthcare systems and significant challenges communicating with UnitedHealth Group for assistance.
