The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) has provided recommendations to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) on how to improve access, transparency and quality within Medicaid Managed Care and Fee-for-Service delivery systems.
ACHP’s recommendations would help to ensure that Medicaid and CHIP beneficiaries have access to care that is, at a minimum, on par with that of care delivered via commercial insurance.
