In the letter below, the Alliance of Community Health Plans joined with other health care organizations to commend Senate Leadership for supporting efforts to enact continuous eligibility in Medicaid and CHIP and for passing the American Rescue Plan Act, which included a five-year state option to provide Medicaid and CHIP continuous eligibility to pregnant and postpartum individuals.
