The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) has sent a letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) with recommendations to support consumer experience and market competitiveness in response to the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters (NBPP).
