ACHP Response to RFI on a Public Option

In a letter to House Energy & Commerce Chair Frank Palone (D-NJ) and Senate HELP Chair Patty Murray (D-WA) responding to an RFI, the Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) expressed concerns about the negative effects a poorly constructed public option could have on the health care industry.
