The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) submitted a response to an RFI from Representatives Diana DeGette and Larry Buschon on legislation to advance emerging therapies and ease health information technology burdens. As Congress considers policy changes to advance new therapies, ACHP requests that consideration is taken so that patients have access to effective and affordable therapies. Additionally, ACHP encourages improvements to provider directories to ease provider burdens and provide useful information to consumers.
