The Alliance and of Community Health Plans and Association for Community Affiliated Plans have filed a joint amicus curiae brief asking the Supreme Court to preserve the existence of the Affordable Care Act. Access to top-quality coverage and care is vital to the health and well-being of individuals and families across the country. Repealing the ACA would leave millions of Americans uninsured in the midst of a public health pandemic and cause total chaos as people try to navigate and secure coverage in this crisis.
