In a letter to Congressional leaders on telehealth legislation, ACHP provided recommendations that would allow more consumers to take advantage of telehealth tools—a critical tool in battling COVID-19. These recommendations would remove restrictions that make it harder to access care from home, make it easier to become a telehealth provider, add telehealth to Medicare Advantage Risk adjustment and expand access to broadband.
