On September 3, 2020, the Alliance of Community Health Plans and other members of the Telehealth Encounters Count Coalition sent the following letter to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, urging the agency to make recent decisions allowing telehealth encounters to be included in risk-adjustment calculations permanent.
