In advance of the budget reconciliation package being weighed by Congress, ACHP sent the following letter urging Congressional leaders to include provisions addressing vital health care issues affecting Americans across the nation. The letter calls for a permanent expansion of advanced premium tax credits; improved access to Medicaid; support for home- and community-base services; address high drug costs; and protection of essential benefits in Medicare Advantage.
