PacificSource is an award-winning $4 billion, independent, not-for-profit regional health plan serving more than 600K Medicaid, Medicare, and Commercial lives in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, and Montana.
The CMO will report to a new CEO/physician leader who truly embraces the value a clinician contributes to the strategic direction of an organization. The CMO will have responsibility for the Health Services Department to develop and implement a strategy for delivering innovative, equitable, high-quality healthcare solutions for members while making data-driven decisions and effectively managing the total cost of care.
This is an incredible opportunity for a physician leader to showcase their prior success in growing Medicare Advantage programs and building strong provider partnerships.
Managed care experience with government programs membership; Medicare, Medicaid and/or Dual eligible is needed.
