The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) sent a comment letter to the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) on the Hospital Outpatient Prospective Payment and Ambulatory Surgical Center Payment Systems and Quality Reporting Programs proposed rule.
