The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) joined with other leading health organizations to provide HHS with recommendations for drafting the 2023 Notice of Benefit and Payment Parameters. Participating organizations included ACHP, the Asian & Pacific Islander American Health Forum, the Center for American Progress, Families USA, the National Health Law Program, the National Immigration Law Center and the National Partnership for Women and Families.
