The Alliance of Community Health Plans (ACHP) submitted a response to an RFI from Senator Bill Cassidy (R-LA), Ranking Member of the Senate HELP Committee, on access to cell and gene therapies. ACHP highlights current limitations in the health care system and urges policymakers to consider the underlying prices of these drugs, differences in coverage and the need for coordination and collaboration.
